About Us
Green Farm is founded by young people with enthusiasm, experience and passion for green agriculture development in Vietnam. Established in October 2020, we focus on providing clean agricultural products to customers across the country.
After a long period of cherishing research and testing, with great reception from local customers, we now have two branches, one in Bac Ninh City and one in Hanoi. With great-quality supplies in compliance with standards, collected directly from cooperatives, we are proud to ensure that Green Farm is providing the best of the best for our customers.
Shipping and Delivery
FAQ Shipping
1. Shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated based on the destination area. Normally it costs VND15,000 - 25,000 for orders within Hanoi and VND30,000 for orders in other provinces.
We offer free shipping for orders over VND500,000.
2. Shipping timing
Deliveries are made from 10 am to 6 pm on the same business day receiving orders within Hanoi.
It may take 1-2 business days for orders in other provinces.
We will contact you via phone call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of the time of our arrival.
Please be noted that some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed shipping due to the weight, storage condition or supply restrictions.
3. In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 91 Chua Lang, Dong Da, Hanoi.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within the same business days.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am - 7 pm from Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
4. International shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
5. Returns and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at greenfarm.FAQ@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
